SUMOT at SOLUTRANS 2025: a look back at a week rich in exchanges

SUMOT took part this year in the SOLUTRANS trade show from November 18 to 22 at Lyon Eurexpo, one of the major events for the transport and professional mobility sector. Hosted on the CARA Cluster stand, we had the opportunity to present our overfluxing inverter technology, an innovative power electronics solution designed to significantly enhance the performance of electric powertrain systems.

Strong interest around our technology

Throughout the week, many visitors—industrial players, manufacturers, and potential partners—came to discover our approach. Discussions focused particularly on the following applications:

  • Light Urban Vehicles (LUVs), where compactness and the ability to deliver a temporary power boost are essential for transporting loads in urban areas and enabling last-mile delivery;
  • Industrial mobility solutions, where optimizing instantaneous power opens up new possibilities for system design.

A very positive outcome

Our presence at SOLUTRANS allowed us to confirm the market’s growing interest in innovative and differentiated power electronics solutions. It also provided a valuable opportunity to engage directly with key industry players, gather concrete technical needs, and strengthen our technological and industrial network.

We would like to thank everyone we met throughout the show for the quality of the discussions and the interest shown in our technology, as well as CARA for their warm welcome!
